DTF Printing Pigment Ink
Use ZLQ Standard white ink with these CMYK colors.
Shake inks gently before use and on daily basis to avoid ink separation.

1.How does a DTF Printer work?
DTF Printers function by printing CMYK colors and then applying white ink to a specially coated film. In contrast to direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, DTF uses a "reverse order" approach, beginning with color printing and concluding with the application of white ink.
2.What type of ink does DTF use?
DTF uses pigment based ink for a 4 color process (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black), with White ink printed last.
3.What type of film is used in DTF?
DTF uses specially coated PET films that accept and release ink when heated and pressed onto fabric.
4.What materials fabric is DTF suitable for?
DTF works on various fabrics including cotton, 50/50 polyester and tri-blends.
5.How soon after printing does the powder need to be applied?
We recommend the powder be applied within 2 hours of printing before the white ink dries.Best practice is to apply the powder immediately after printing.
6.When should I cure the film after the powder has been applied?
We recommend curing the film as soon as you apply the powder for the best results.
7. What is the different between DTF printing and traditional heat transfer printing?
DTF printing is one-time forming,no engraving,no hollowing,no waste discharge,no white edges.
DTF processing is more simple and making proofing more convenient.
8.What is the different between DTG printer and DTF printer?
DTF is first printing on the pet film and then transfer to the textile fabric,
while DTG is printing directly on the textile fabric.
