UV DTF Print printing a design onto a special film and then transferring it onto a variety of substrates.
Printing: The design is printed onto a clear PET film using UV-curable ink. Unlike traditional
DTF printing, which uses a water-based ink, UV DTF utilizes UV ink that is cured (dried) instantly under a UV light source.
Adhesive Application: After printing, an adhesive layer is applied to the printed film. This adhesive is crucial for the transfer process, ensuring the design adheres properly to the substrate.
Curing: The printed film, now with the adhesive layer, is exposed to UV light. The UV light cures the ink and the adhesive, making them ready for transfer.
Transfer: The film is then placed onto the substrate, and with the application of pressure (and sometimes heat), the design is transferred from the film to the substrate.such as: glass, wook, metal, plastic, feather and so on.
