Configuration Standard:
1.Printer support is made of stainless steel.Make sure that printing can be very stable
2.Waste ink alarm. When waste ink is full,it will alarm customer
3. Three-gear pressure adjustable pinch roller. When one small part of paper is up, lift up this separat pinch roller, then this small part of paper is down. If use this printer for several years, spring force of pinch roller became less, add pressure of pinch roller,adjust it to second gear. Then spring force of pinch roller will be same with new one at first gear.
4.Japan THK guide rail. High speed and low noise. Ensure stable and smooth movement of head carriage
5. Rhombus print platform. Can absorb paper better on platform than other shape
6. Rewind unwind control and heater control.
Two control systems are separate.So if one control system is broken,will not affect the other control system. If customer want to install voltage stablizer,onley connect it to printer
7.Remove-wrinkle roller. Can remove paper wrinkle even if print with high volume ink
8. Front dancer bar use angle sensor
Front dancer bar use angle sensor. We don't use gear dancer bar. Disadvantage of gear dancer bar is that if customer use it for several month, both sides of dancer bar is not level.Customer need to adjust it to level
9. Front and bottom heater. Two heater can dry paper well even if print at very high speed. Other machines only have one front heater
10. Four support beams. Four support beam for rewind and unwind system. It provide very strong support for printer and rewind and unwind system.
11. Aluminium Pneumatic expanding air shafts. It can lock paper well and Its weight is lower than steel pneumatic expanding shafts.Customer can repalce paper roll easier.
12. Both X motor and Y motor use leadshine servo motor. More stable paper movement, higher precision
13. Computer and screen bracket. Customer can easily put computer on it and run machine more easily
