Product Description

 DTF printing is an innovative method that allows users to print images directly onto a special transfer film, which can then be transferred onto various materials through a heat press process. 

DTF film is coated with a special layer that ensures the ink adheres well and the image remains intact during the transfer process.

DTF Printing Process

1. Printing: The image is printed in mirror-reverse onto the DTF film using special DTF inks.
2. Powdering: After printing, a powdered adhesive is applied to the printed side of the film.
3. Curing: The film goes through a curing process, where the powder and ink are melted together to form a solid layer.
4. Transferring: The cured film is then placed onto the substrate (e.g., a t-shirt) and pressed using a heat press. The heat activates the adhesive,           transferring the image onto the material.
5. Peeling: Hot or Cold, the film is peeled off, leaving the image permanently adhered to the material.

1. No Pre-treatment Required: Unlike some other printing techniques, DTF printing doesn't require the material to be pre-treated before            transferring.
